The Irish Restaurant Awards are back, and it’s time for the public to shine a spotlight on the culinary gems in the Armagh City, Banbridge, and Craigavon Borough Council area!
Kicking off their 16th year on Thursday, January 16th, 2025, at Amuri Restaurant in Dublin, the awards are inviting food enthusiasts to nominate their favourite restaurants and celebrate the best of the hospitality sector.
Last year’s awards set a record with over 160,000 nominations, showcasing the incredible talent and dedication within Ireland’s food-led hospitality sector.
This year, the excitement continues as the nomination window is open from 12pm noon on Wednesday, January 15th, until 12pm noon on Wednesday, January 29th. This is your chance to make your voice heard!
Nominations can be made across 23 categories, including 18 Main Award categories and 5 National Award categories.
A new addition this year to the Irish Restaurant Awards is the Best Use of Social Media award, recognising how restaurants engage with their customers online. This highlights the growing importance of social media in the dining experience, making it even more vital for local eateries to connect with their patrons.
Whether it’s one of the Borough’s cozy cafés, a fine dining establishment, or a hidden gem that serves up the best comfort food, your nomination can help put them on the map.
Let’s showcase the culinary excellence of Armagh City, Banbridge, and Craigavon and celebrate the hardworking individuals who bring our hospitality and Night time economy to life. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to highlight the best of our Borough!
