this practical hands-on session where you will use authentic Thai ingredients
to create popular Thai street food dishes full of flavour.
This class is designed for people of all
experience levels, from total beginners to seasoned cooks looking to broaden
their horizons. By understanding commonly used ingredients, cooking techniques
and traditions, you’ll gain the knowledge and confidence to cook your own
delicious Thai feasts as you create a three-course meal.
This workshop includes meat dishes and meat
will be included in the particular recipes for this class. During this workshop
you will taste and eat the food you have made as part of the experience. All
ingredients supplied however participants should bring an apron and take-home
food containers. Please notify the tutor of any allergies prior to attending
