First opening its doors in May 2019, the USPCA Charity Store in Banbridge has been a welcomed addition to the Banbridge shopping scene. Selling a range of items from high quality clothing, furniture, household items, decorations, books, children’s toys and much more, the store has been a popular for choice for shoppers wishing to pick up a bargain while supporting a great cause.

All proceeds made from the Charity Store directly support the animal welfare Charity’s work towards the prevention of cruelty to animals, the relief of suffering in animals, and the advancement of animal welfare in Northern Ireland. The USPCA receives no government funding – the kind generosity from members of the public through purchases at our store and voluntary donations has a wonderful impact on our work and helps us support many animals in need here in Northern Ireland.

The local community has such a passion for helping animals in need and we see that first-hand especially with our shop volunteers. The Charity Store’s doors are always open for anyone wishing to volunteer an hour or two of their time throughout the week, it’s a great way to meet new people and connect with fellow animal lovers.
