Home Instead provides high quality support to allow older people to remain living independently in their own homes. Our services are relationship led. They include companionship visits, home help and personal care.

We also offer comfort and assistance to families who are caring for their loved ones or those who do not live nearby and want to ensure their loved one is getting excellent care.

Home Instead (Banbridge, Newry and Mourne) is based in our office in Banbridge and operates in a territory that includes Lurgan, Moira, Banbridge, Newry, Warrenpoint and Kilkeel and the surrounding areas.

One great advantage of Home Instead is the length of our visits, a minimum of one hour, based on our conviction that quality care cannot be delivered in less. Our Services are delivered through our qualified Care Manager and Care Professionals who all receive intensive in-house training.

We manage our service utilising the latest planning and management tools, to maximise efficiency and offer peace of mind. Our Care Professionals do not wear uniforms to avoid unnecessary barriers to care and we actively match our Clients so they always see a regular face.
