Ah! Gluten Free came about when Amy got diagnosed with coeliac disease and we came to learn that it is quite difficult to find a nice range of gluten free convenience foods.
We are passionate about food and want to make convenience foods such as sandwiches and pasta salads more readily available to all dietary needs.
With Amy having coeliac disease and Hannah living with IBS, we understand and are aware of the trust needed to put into eating out and not knowing how it is going to affect you – that is why we make it our mission to be clear about what ingredients are in our food and will always guarantee to be gluten free.
