The Copper Lab is a specialty coffee shop located right beside the beautiful Solitude Park. We exclusively work with specialty coffee roasters and we’re proud to serve Belfast based roaster, White Star, on espresso. Each month, we partner with roasters from around the world to feature on bar as our filter coffee option. This means we offer super fresh and seasonal single origin coffees either batch brewed or manually brewed. Our baristas are always happy to answer any questions about our current offering and the retail shelves are always stacked with a range of beans for any brew method, as well as kit to help our customers brew better coffee at home. We also partner with local bakers who use locally sourced, high-quality ingredients to create the most show-stopping bakes. With a fresh drop three times a week, these offer the perfect accompaniment to our extensive drinks menu. Our store is cosy and comforting, offering a great space to meet with family and friends, or to crack open the laptop and catch up on those work emails. The Copper Lab is open Tuesday to Friday, 8.30am to 4pm and Saturday from 9am to 4pm, just in time for that early morning flat white, the working-from-home lunchtime brew and the school run caffeine hit. We have highchairs, baby changing and toilet facilities and we will do our best to meet any other requirements customers may have. From time to time, we run events in the evenings including our popular ‘Brew Better Coffee at Home’ course, whisky tastings and gin tastings ¬- keep an eye out on our social media pages for more information. Having recently celebrated our 4th birthday, The Copper Lab prides itself on bringing superb coffee to the Banbridge area and that will always remain our goal and passion.
