Tell us a bit about yourself and the business.
My name is Ciomhan McCann, and I’m a Trainee Negotiator at Marc Fegan Bespoke Estate Agency. The business is located in William Street, Lurgan. Since joining the team in February, I’ve really enjoyed getting stuck into the property world. What I love most is being out and about, meeting new people, building relationships with clients, and helping them take the next step in their property journey.
How did the business start?
“The business was born from a passion for property and a frustration with the traditional, impersonal estate agency model.
“The owner Marc wanted to create a service where people felt genuinely looked after and well-informed at every stage”.
Why is shopping local so important?
“Shopping local keeps money circulating within the community, supports local jobs, and strengthens the local economy.
“It’s more than just that; it fosters real connections—people supporting people, which is essential for any thriving town.”
What do you love most about your town?
“Lurgan has a really strong sense of community and identity.
“It’s a town full of character, with fantastic people and a great mix of old charm and new energy.
“I’m proud to both live and work here”.
