Paid Ads Manager
Location: Hybrid – Northern Ireland

About the Role:

As a Paid Ads Manager at PDG Advertising, you’ll play a critical role in managing and optimising ad campaigns across Google, TikTok, Facebook (Meta), and emerging platforms. Your focus will be to maximise performance, reduce ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and drive client success. This hybrid role offers a chance to collaborate with a passionate team while taking ownership of high-impact digital ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns on Google, TikTok, and Facebook (Meta).
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value search terms.
  • Analyse performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Regularly communicate with clients, providing performance updates and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep campaigns competitive.
  • Contribute to exploring emerging platforms and channels for future campaign opportunities.

What Are We Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads and PPC campaigns.
  • Proficiency in multiple ad platforms, including Google, TikTok, and Facebook (Meta).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and drive optimisation strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to effectively liaise with clients.
  • Detail-oriented and organised, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in both oral and written English.
  • A proactive and passionate individual who aligns with PDG’s core values of focus, responsibility, and a dedication to delivering outstanding results.
