A Co Down Nursery is set to hold an open night, offering an opportunity to explore the facility.
Old Station Nursery in Dromore invite parents and guardians to come and explore our nursery on Wednesday, 8th January, from 6 PM to 7 PM. This is a fantastic chance to view the facilities, meet ther dedicated staff, and learn more about the enriching educational experiences we provide for children during their preschool year.
At the open night, you’ll get firsthand insight into the curriculum and the nurturing environment the team create for young learners.
Speaking to UrbanABC, Owner Carolyn McDonald said “our team is passionate about fostering a love for learning in every child, and we are eager to share how our programs can benefit your little one.
Additionally, we want to remind people that the application portal will open at 12 noon on January 10th, 2025. This is an important date for parents looking to secure a place for their child in our preschool, so mark your calendars”.
Parents can apply for a funded pre-school education spot through the open enrolment admissions process, which the Education Authority (EA) manages for the Department.
Most children who apply during Stage One receive a place by the end of that stage in April. However, for those who don’t, there’s another chance to secure a spot during Stage Two, where new applications or different preferences can be submitted. Source: Department of Education
