YMCA Lurgan is seeking to appoint a motivated and passionate ‘Youth Work Manager’, to lead their forward thinking, creative and dynamic youth work team.
The person appointed will work alongside the CEO, part time staff and volunteers to develop and manage the delivery of youth services to young people in the town. They will ensure the delivery of an agreed programme of work and will manage a team of part time staff and volunteers who support this programme.
**Position:** Full Time Youth Work Manager
**Salary:** YMCA Salary scale H2 (£31,146 gross per annum) + 3% employer pension contribution
- Work alongside the CEO, part-time staff, and volunteers to develop and manage youth services for young people in the town.
- Manage a team of part-time staff and volunteers to support the agreed programme of work.
