McKeevers Chemists is based across Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and England. With rapid expansion across these areas the group now consists of 32 branches. The group headquarters is located in County Armagh, Northern Ireland.

McKeevers Chemists currently employs over 400 staff members across various departments including pharmacy and dispensing, retail, business administration, marketing, human resources, accounts, warehouse and logistics. This is a dual role working within both the HR and Marketing departments.

Location: Head Office, Upper English Street, Armagh

​​​​​​​Duties will include:

  • Assist in the administration of recruitment.
  • Support with the monitoring of absence triggers in line with our Absence Management Policy.
  • Assist in the minute taking of any meetings.
  • Assist in the administration and enrolment of staff on training courses
  • Take ownership of ordering Staff uniforms for the Company.
  • Assist with the design and scheduling of creative content across all media platforms.
  • Monitor social media accounts for messages, comments, mentions, and tags.
  • Monitor Customer Service Email dealing with customer complaints and general inquires, forwarding relevant emails to the correct person/ department.
  • Deal with marketing related enquiries.
  • Order Marketing stock
  • Proofread all media content
  • Assist with online orders, processing, receiving items from warehouse/shops, posting, refunds and returns.
  • Assist with updating and maintaining company websites.
  • General admin duties as required within a busy office environment.
