In collaboration with the Armagh City, Banbridge, and Craigavon Borough Council, the Safefood Knowledge Network is excited to announce a FREE food safety workshop tailored for small food businesses.

This workshop aims to equip participants with essential knowledge on pest control, food poisoning bacteria management, cleaning procedures, HACCP implementation, record-keeping practices, and food allergen handling.

Mark your calendars for September 17, 2024, and head to the Craigavon Civic and Conference Centre on Lakeview Road, BT64 1AL. Please note that parking on-site is limited and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. The workshop is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., offering a comprehensive learning opportunity for small food business owners in the area.
