Armagh Observatory and Planetarium invites your little ones to embark on an extraordinary Christmas journey with ‘Mission Santa.’ Prepare for an adventure of cosmic proportions as the E.L.F. crew gears up for an out-of-this-world experience.
Prepare for a Code Red mission as you join us on Mission Santa, where you’ll launch into a Christmas escapade like never before. Your cosmic adventure will feature a range of exciting activities, including admission to a captivating Dome Show in our state-of-the-art digital theatre.
Experience the thrill of helping save Santa himself within mission control during a special theatrical performance, followed by a magical visit to meet Santa in person. Each child will receive a thoughtful present and a printed family photograph to commemorate this unforgettable experience.
Each mission is designed to last between 90 – 120 minutes, ensuring a comprehensive and engaging adventure for all participants. Pre-booking is essential to secure your spot, and Armagh Planetarium kindly request that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled start time, as the shows begin promptly.
For those seeking a more relaxed atmosphere, they offer special sessions on November 24th at 9:45 am, December 13th, 19th, and 20th at 3:15 pm. These relaxed sessions feature reduced capacity and are held during quieter times at the Planetarium. Please note that children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult to participate in this extraordinary Christmas mission.
