PASS Associates are an affiliated service provider for Invest NI and Intertrade Ireland. We are able to signpost export focused businesses to the various Invest NI programmes of financial and mentoring support. We are also able to assist businesses complete Invest NI and Intertrade registration and applications for support. This includes preparing business plans to access funding for costs including capital, employment, marketing, IT and product development.
We can act on your behalf in all matters relating to taxation, and liaise on your behalf with HMRC and Irish Revenue. This includes registration for self -assessment (SA), completion of end of year SA, partnership and corporation tax returns.
We prepare the financial statements for sole traders, partnerships, private limited companies and registered charities. We also complete all statutory compliance including filing annual accounts with Companies House and HMRC.
