The HITZone is a studio based around heart rate monitored, high intensity, small group PT led workouts using five revolutionary and unique HIT Machines and a small amount of light studio equipment. The machines are low impact and respond to the users force with varying levels of resistance therefore leading to less muscle pain the next day.

All our sessions are 25 mins and can be adapted accordingly to the members fitness level and adapted around any medical issues
